Important: SEPA TARGET Closing Days 2019 and 2020 2

It is critical that you’re aware of the TARGET closing days (TARGET public holidays) since your SEPA payments will not be processed on these dates. You must avoid submitting SEPA payments for execution date or value date equal to a SEPA holiday / TARGET closing day. Any payments will have to be made in advance or the bank will typically roll the date forward to the next processing day.

Please note TARGET closing days / SEPA holidays are shown in red. To restate, Payments submitted on the TARGET closing dates will be processed on the next working day. Of course all payments are important, but take particular note for payroll payments since you don’t want to upset your employees by making late salary payments. The other indicated public holidays are for your information only.
